Low-carbon sustainability is one of the policy core values of the government of Yunlin County. The project mainly implements low-carbon by counseling the communities to participate low-carbon and sustainable homeland operation and promoting greenhouse gas inventory for industries. The relevant works are as follows: 1.Hold 2 sessions of "Cross-bureau Promoting Conference of Greenhouse Gas Executive Program ". 2.Counsel Xitun Community of Huwei Township and Shuzaijiao Community of Cihtong Township to gain Bronze award, and Pitou Community of Xiluo Township to gain Silver award on a rating project of low-carbon and sustainable homeland. 3.Hold 2 publicity and exchange activities in response to climate change with 85 participants. 4.Hold 2 education training activities in response to climate change with108 participants. 5.Counsel villages to promote green energy and electricity-saving actions by installing energy-saving lamps in 3 villages and solar photovoltaic system in 2 villages. 6.Distribute 1,000 LED bulbs as low-carbon promotional items. 7.Promote the project for green wall in 2 villages, and implement for green landscaping in 3 villages.
